Successful CLYL Training Premiere!

This weekend was my first Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) Training. The event was successful and tons of fun! Seven people particpated in the training, all with unique backgrounds and experiences. Just about everyone plans to incorporate Laughter Yoga into their business or job in one way or another. My favorite thing about training, I think, is meeting new people and learning new things myself!
