How to speak "Gibberish" or "Zen Speak"

Speaking "Gibberish" or "Zen Speak" as coined by Laughter Yoga Teacher and found of the Laughter Yoga Institute, Jeffrey Briar,  has always been harder for me than the other Laughter exercises and aspects of Laughter Yoga. I am not sure why exactly, as I grew up with a father skilled in "Gibberish" long before the invention of Laughter Yoga. I was even in drama in High School, so acting isn't completely foreign to me. Yet I have still struggled and often find I often "forget" to include "Gibberish" in my classes subconsciously. So I am extremely grateful for this new video from the Laughter Yoga Institute. Check it out! It is the best explanation of "Gibberish" I have seen! And funny to boot!

This was extremely helpful for me in learning gibberish for my improv class. Thanks so much for sharing!
