Hawthorne Laughter Club
The Hawthorne Laughter Club, formerly the Belmont Laughter Club, began in the Spring of 2010. The child of Molly and Jamie from PLAY, the club was an immediate success and was even visited by OPB on World Laughter Day in May 2010. By summer of 2010 the club was losing it's faithful leaders due to work conflicts, but the Portland laughter community banded together to keep the club going. In fall 2010, the club had to change locations, but we are in business! Join manager & leader Laura Lou, teacher/leader Andrea and various guest leaders at our new location at Hawthorne Wellness Center Sundays afternoons. Very good, very good, yea!

Hawthorne Wellness Center is right next to the Chase Bank on the SE corner of Hawthorne and 39th/Cesar Chavez. Please enter via the movement studio (separate from & behind the main wellness center). Also Hawthorne Wellness Center studio is wheelchair accessible! Yay!
When?
Every Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:00ish pm Leaders arrive a few minutes prior to the start of the club to open up the studio.
